The VideoOut support depends on different video modes. In following video modes, Video out will not support in
such cases:
Dual stream mode
IP8155 Always support VideoOut
IP8165 Both stream resolution > 720p
IP816A Both stream resolution > 720p
Video rotation mode
Both stream resolution > 720p
Both stream resolution > 720p

Single stream mode
Not support VideoOut
