TROUBLESHOOTING

When Power Up – the whole outdoor unit controller, including the wiring, is under
Never open the Outdoor unit before turning off the Power!!!
Touching the controller before discharging may cause an electrical shoCN!!!
For safe handling of the controller please refer to section 12.6 below.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
CAUSE
CheCN power supply. If power supply
is OK, cheCN display and display
wiring. if OK, replace controller.
CheCN remote control batteries, if

batteries are OK, cheCN display and
display wiring, if OK, replace display
PCB.
If still not OK replace controller.
Replace display PCB.
If still not OK replace controller.
Change to cool mode and cheCN.
Change to high speed and CheCN
power supply to motor is higher than
130VAC (for triaCN controlled motor)
or higher than 220VAC for fixed speed
motors, if OK replace capacitor, if not
OK replace controller
