TROUBLESHOOTING

When Power Up – the whole outdoor unit controller, including the wiring, is under
Never open the Outdoor unit before turning off the Power!!!
Touching the controller before discharging may cause an electrical shock!!!
For safe handling of the controller please refer to section 12.5 below.

General System Failures and Corrective Actions

When turned off, the system is still charged (400V)!!!
It takes about 1 Min. to discharge the system.

TROUBLESHOOTING
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check power supply. If OK, check
display and display wiring. if OK,
replace controller
Check remote control batteries, if
OK, check display and display
wiring, if OK, replace display PCB.
If still not OK replace controller
Replace display PCB.
If still not OK replace controller
Change to cool mode
Change operation mode
Change to high speed and Check
power supply to motor is higher
than 130VAC (for triack controlled
motor) or higher than 220VAC for
fixed speed motors, if OK replace
capacitor, if not OK replace
controller
Replace controller
Check and open drainage tube
Check and correct the
communication wires connection
Check the connections and the
wiring on the main terminal -
Repair if needed.
Check the PFC Chock coil
