USIM Card
Before Use
USIM Card is an IC card that contains
information such as your phone number and
Contacts. Insert USIM Card into a compatible
SoftBank handset.
● For details, refer to the User Guide.
● USIM Card data can be used on another
compatible SoftBank handset.
● Only use devices designed for this USIM Card.
Use of other devices may cause problems with
USIM operation.
● SoftBank Mobile is not liable for malfunctions
due to inserting the card into another
manufacturer's IC card reader.
● Always keep the IC chip clean.
● Do not put labels, etc. on the USIM Card.
Doing so may cause malfunctions.

● USIM Card property rights belong to
SoftBank Mobile.
● Return USIM Card to SoftBank Mobile if
you cancel or suspend your contract.
● Charges apply for re-issuing the card due
to loss or damage.
● If USIM Card or handset is lost or stolen,
immediately follow the procedures to stop
their use. For details, contact Customer
Service (P.20-16).
● It is recommended that you keep a
separate record of data stored on USIM
Card. SoftBank Mobile is not liable for data
loss.
● Specifications and performance are subject
to change without notice.
● The returned USIM Card will be recycled.
