CAUTION: To reduce the risk of personal injury, unplug the vacuum cleaner before performing maintenance
/troubleshooting checks.
Solution
• The brushbar may not be turned on. Go to 'Getting started'.
• The belt maybe broken. Go to 'Lets talk technical'
• The unit may not be reclined. Go to 'Getting started'.
• The brushbar may be jammed. Go to 'Let's talk technical'.
• The brushbar may be jammed. Go to 'Let's talk technical'.
• If the brushbar has been checked for blockages and the red light

• The motor is equipped with a thermal cut-out. If for any reason
the unit should overheat, the thermostat will automatically turn
the vacuum cleaner off.
• Switch off and unplug the vacuum cleaner. Empty and clean
the dirt container.
• Check the vacuum cleaner for blockages, clean the filters
and clean the separator.
• Leave the vacuum cleaner to cool before switching the vacuum
cleaner back on. (If you have cleaned the filters you will need
to wait 24 hours for the filters to dry before putting them back
in the machine). Go to 'Taking care of your machine'.
• The filters may not be correctly fitted. Go to 'Taking care
of your machine'.
• The dirt container may be full or blocked. Go to 'Taking
care of your machine'.
• The filters may need cleaning. Go to 'Taking care
of your machine'.
• There may be a blockage in the hose, please check the
hose and remove the blockage.
