Voltmeter
The
n~edlc
should remain within t2-15V
when the engine is running over 2,000 rpm.
If the needle drops to IQ-12V, the ballery
is excessively discharged Turn any acces-
sories off and have the battery removed
and charged. If the needle reads below 10V
or above 15V. there is a malfunction in the
electrical
system (See your authorized
HONDA dealer).
NOT!:;
Check
the
voltmeter after the needle
stabilizes. The neetlle will stabilize approxi.
mat ely
one
minute
after starting the
engine.
Fuel Gauge
The fuel g,lUge shows the approximatc
fuel supply available. At F(full) therc is
19 liters (5.0 U.S. gaL), including the
reserve supply. When the gauge neetlle
first points to RES there is about 6 liters
(1.6 U.S. gal.) left

the tank. Refill the
tank as soon as possible. If the main
fuel supply runs out, the last 3 liters
(0.8 U.S. gaL) call be used by turning
the fuel valve to RES.
