    To “close” a jumper, you connect the pins with the clip. To “open” a jumper, you remove the clip. Sometimes a jumper will have three pins, labeled 1, 2 and 3. In this case you would connect either pins 1 and 2, or 2 and 3. PCM-3362 User Manual...

    2.4.1 Clear CMOS (JP1) The PCM-3362 single board computer contains a jumper that can erase CMOS data and reset the system BIOS information. Normally this jumper should be set with pins 1-2 closed. If you want to reset the CMOS data, set CMOS1 to 2-3 closed for just a few seconds, and then move the jumper back to 1-2 closed.

    AMIBIOS has been integrated into many motherboards for over a decade. With the AMIBIOS Setup program, you can modify BIOS settings and control the various sys- tem features. This chapter describes the basic navigation of the PCM-3362 BIOS setup screens.
