Setting with Control Panel
You can assign speed dials, setup fax options, and manage your phonebook with AiO Control Panel menus.
Assign Speed Dials
You can assign speed-dial entries to fax numbers you use often. This lets you dial those numbers quickly
by using the control panel. For information on sending a fax using speed dials, see Sending a Fax with
Speed Dial.
Press Phonebook. The Fax indicator lights and the Phonebook menu is displayed with Edit Phonebook

selected.
Press OK to display the Select Entry to Edit menu.

Press until Assign speed dials... is selected.

Press OK to display the Assign Speed Dials menu.

Press to select the entry you want to change.

Press or to display the phonebook entry you want to make a speed dial.

Press OK to assign the selection to the speed dial number. The Speed Entry to Edit menu is displayed.
