4.9 SIM detect trouble

USB Initial sequence of KS10 is :
VREG_USIM_2.85V(C739 of PM6650) go to 2.85V → USIM clock, reset and data triggered
→ USIM IF work (Schematic and place are refer to SIM technical brief)
Re-insert the SIM card
VREG_USIM_2.85V is 3.0V?
Change SIM card
Change the Main board
VA300 (USIM_P_DATA)
J300
VA303 (VREG_USIM_2.85V)
