(10). CD1 and AUX1 Headers: CD Audio and Auxiliary audio signal input headers
(11). CROM: S2K Mode Select Header
These connectors connect to the audio output of
internal CD-ROM drive or add-on card.
You can set the S2K bus, the bus between CPU and
North Brige, operating mode as figure below. When
setting jumper CROM to "Strapping from boot
ROM" (Default), the timing of S2K bus is
controlled by the internal boot rom and you enable
the option "CPU Fast Command Decode" in the
BIOS. The system performance will increase. When
the jumper is set to "Strapping from Hardware",
the timing of S2K bus is controlled by CPU
hardware and the system has better flexibility.
