Page 3: Alarm Trigger
AlArm trigger If a door, bonnet, or boot is opened or a sensor is triggered (AVS C5/ C4) while the system is armed the siren will sound and the indicators will flash for 30 seconds. The system will then re-set itself. - Page 4 1. Press the button on your car’s factory remote. 2. The indicators will flash twice and the AVS siren will chirp twice. 3. The doors will unlock. The LED light on the dash will flash until any door is opened and then stop flashing. The system is now disarmed.

Ultrasonic sensor An ultrasonic sensor is included with the AVS C5 and C4 (if your car does not already have this as standard) and can be fitted to the AVS C3 for an additional charge. This sensor triggers the alarm if a change in air pressure or movement is detected in the vehicle. -

Arm/disArm The system can be programmed by your AVS installer to either silently arm and disarm, or to only chirp on arming. The indicators will still flash. Auto re-Arm And re-lock This feature prevents the accidental disarming of the system.
