Verify there is not a SIM card in the SIM card holder.
Fold the copper portion of the heat spreader over onto the
LCD.
Perform sections 2.1.1-2.1.5 of the disassembly procedure.
Slide the flat portion of a pry tool between the antenna and
the back cover near the screw hole indicated.
