TROUBLESHOOTING
SOLUTION
Drain tank and replace contaminated fuel.
Readjust air bands on burner assembly.
Adjust fuel pump pressure to specification on fuel pump.
Check fuel lines for leaks or air bubbles. Tighten or replace
as needed.
Replace.
Replace nozzle.
Remove coils and burner assembly. Clean thoroughly.
Realign electrodes to specifications.
Check for insulation blockage or other foreign objects.
Drain fuel tank and replace with proper fuel.
Increase fuel pressure.
Check fuel pump pressure. Replace pump if needed.
Replace as needed.
Clean coils with soot remover.
Clean inside of coils with coil clean.
See parts list.
Lower incoming water temperature.
See specifications on fuel pump for proper fuel pres-
sure.
Replace fuel pump.
Tighten all clamps. Check detergent line for holes.
Replace.
See specifications for proper size.
Check G.P.M. to machine.
Check nozzle for obstruction, proper size.
Use heavier drop cord and check voltage at receptacle.
Check name plate for amperage draw.
Remove and clean nozzle. Turn on water pump and flush
lines, replace nozzle.
See serial plate for minimum nozzle size.
Allow motor to cool - switch will automatically reset.
Allow to dry.
Wire contacts should be clean and tight. No breaks in
wires.
See section on Preventative Maintenance.
Fill to correct level.
