Enter text (max. 16 characters). The text
appears as the appointment name in the
list and will be displayed on the screen
during the appointment reminder. If you
do not enter any text, only the date and
time of the appointment are displayed.

Press the Display key.
Please note
If you have already saved
30 appointments, you must delete an
existing appointment before you can
enter a new one.
Signaling appointments and
anniversaries
In idle status, an appointment reminder will
signal for 60 seconds using the selected

ringer ( page 42). For anniversaries, the
name is displayed; for appointments, the
entered text is displayed, along with the
date and time.

You can either answer the appointment
reminder or switch it off (depending on the
base station):

vate the appointment reminder.
Please note
During a call, the appointment reminder
is signaled by a short tone.

Select appointment for the day.
