Again confirmation texts will be received between each deletion
The CEL-iN1 is now ready for use
When the call button is pressed, the programed number will be dialled and your visitor will hear 2
bleeps from the speaker to confirm the unit has been activated. At the same time your doorbell will
also chime normally as before just in case somebody is home. Your visitor will not hear anything else
until you answer the phone. All dialling tones have been removed so as not to alert your visitor that
a call is being dialled out, from a security stand point this way they will not know if you are home or
away when you answer the call.
When you answer the phone there is a pre-set call time programmed into the unit which will end the
call automatically after 95 seconds. 10 seconds before the call is automatically ended you will hear 2
warning bleeps to alert you. Pressing the (*) star key will reset the timer for another 95 seconds (the
bleeps will come from the CEL-iN1's speaker but you will hear them clearly at the other end on the
phone).
During the call, pressing the (#) hash key will open your garage door but will also switch off the call
timer so the automatic hang-up is disabled for the remainder of the call. You will then just end the
call as normal when complete. This feature is to allow for lengthened activity during a delivery to go
without interruptions and distractions. The (#) key can be used as many times as required during a
call to open, stop and close the door when required (useful if your delivery man forgets something
or needs to go back in and double check).
To open the door without being on a call you can just call up the CEL-iN1 which will reject the call
but will activate relay 1. Calling the unit again will close the door. This is useful in situations where
you go to check on your camera after a delivery and realise you have mistakenly left the door open.
(Only programmed Door Opening Authorisations Numbers will be able to call and activate the door.
This can be disabled, see additional programming).
Additional Programming Options
On the PCB you will notice a blue switch block of 6 switches (5 and 6 have no function)
