The assembly is of a screwless design and is held together when the grooves at the rear clip in
over the back.
The cable is 4.9m long and can go up over the frame to reach the other side of the door or can run
down and along on the same side depending on the best position for your internal receiver or power
socket location.
Setting up and installing the internal receiver
The enclosure of the internal receiver is also of a screwless design and is held together by tension
and the slotted grooves at the back. By gently easing the top and bottom ends apart you can then
slide the front panel away from its base. (Re-assembly is the reverse of removal and you will hear a
click when the 2 parts are completely together).
Obtain any standard sim card PAYG or contract (excluding three network) and deactivate its voice
mail function before use. You can do this by first putting it into a phone and contacting the provider
to cancel the voicemail or dial directly and do the cancellation yourself if you already know the
cancellation number for your sim.
While the sim is in a phone find the best area with a good signal to mount the receiver on the wall.
On top of the 4.9m of cable from the call station the antenna provides an additional 3m of cable to
place in a good signal position.
Mark the position of the receiver's key-hole slot on the wall in the desired location and drill a 6mm
hole to receive the plug and screw provided. Hook the back panel onto the screw head and then
mark the lower hole. Remove the receiver and drill and plug the bottom hole then re-attach and fix
the receiver in place.
Ensure the power is off before inserting the SIM card into its holder and make sure it's inserted the
same way as shown in the diagram with metal contacts downwards and the missing corner facing
towards the antenna.
