  • Page 5 Getting to know Sound Rise Music Bluetooth Play Control Volume Source Pair Music source Indicates music source when speaker is on as Bluetooth, Aux Line In or FM Radio Bluetooth Line In Radio Alarm Indicates if alarm is set for weekdays, weekends frequency or everyday.

    Use the USB charging cable provided with your device. DC Power Port to plug in the DC power adapter included with your Sound Rise. Auxiliary Line In Connect any device with a standard headphone jack using a Line in cable (not included) to listen to audio.

    Setting the Time Press and hold SET button for 2 seconds until the hour starts blinking. Press the +/– buttons to adjust the hour. Press SET button to confirm the hour. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to complete setting the time. The time setting options are: - Hour - Minute...

  • Page 8: Setting The Alarm

    Note: To wake up to music from your phone or other device, you must first pair Sound Rise. Note: When waking up to Bluetooth, Sound Rise will “play” the current song on your connected device. If your device is not available when the alarm goes off, Sound Rise will wake you with its built-in chime.

    Using the Alarm Press Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button and the alarm settings will be displayed and the alarm will be turned on. When the alarm is on, the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 icon will be displayed. When the alarm goes off, press and hold Alarm 1 Alarm 2 to turn the alarm off for the day.

    Press + / - to set the volume. Press SNOOZE button or hold the for 2 seconds to turn the audio off. Press the TONE button on the back of Sound Rise to select your preferred sound equalization tone for audio playback: flat (default), warm or bright.

    Bluetooth mode. Press PAIR on Sound Rise to start pairing mode. The Bluetooth icon on Sound Rise’s display will flash rapidly. On your phone, tablet or computer, open your Bluetooth settings menu to detect available devices. Once Sound Rise is detected, select it from the list of available devices to connect.

  • Page 14 Programming Radio Presets There are six radio presets to save your favorite FM stations. To save a preset: Tune to the preferred station. Press SET. The preset number will flash “P01”. Press + / - to change the preset number. Press SET to save the current station to the preset number selected.
  • Page 15 Listening with Line In Connect any device with a standard headphone jack using a Line in cable (not included) to the AUX IN on the back of Sound Rise. Press the Music or SNOOZE button to turn on the system.
  • Page 16 Using the Sleep Timer / Nap Use SLEEP button to set a timer to either listen to music while falling asleep or to set the nap timer. When SLEEP is selected while music is ON, the music will turn off at the end of the timer.

    Setting Screen Brightness Press DIMMER on the back of Sound Rise to change the screen brightness. When the screen brightness is off, press any button to momentarily turn the display on to see the time or operate any functions. When the alarm goes off and the screen brightness is off, the display will automatically turn on.
