Contact your dealer if the problem persists even when you have checked the following items.
AG-HMX100P/HMX100E-related problems
Problem

The power cannot be switched on.
•
There is no picture.
•
There is no color.
•
There is no sound.
•
The image does not change even
when the transition lever is moved.
What to Check
Is the plug of the power cable inserted properly in the outlet?
• Is the power of the connected equipment switched on?
• Are the cables connected correctly?
• Has fade has been applied?
• Has the source been input correctly?
• Is the video effect or color effect set to ON?
• Is only component Y signal provided as input instead of the composite signal?
• Has the source been input correctly?
• Has audio fade-out been applied?
• Has the source been input correctly?
• Has the same signal been selected for A-side and B-side?
