8. Chimney - Regular Ceiling
8.1 Regular ceiling adaptor (Drawing 7): The
regular ceiling adaptor is 19" (480 mm) wide by
17" (432 mm) deep. Locate the center of the
chimney at a distance of 8" (200 mm) from the
wall. The diameter of the hole for the chimney
must be sufficient to include the mandatory 2"
(50 mm) minimum air space. Make sure that the
hole does not extend beyond the dimensions of
the ceiling adaptor.
