CARE AND MAINTENANCE Chain & Bar Assembly During use, the chain will stretch and become dull. Debris and saw dust can also collect underneath the bar cover. Use the following steps to maintain your pole saw and chain. • Release chain tension by turning the tension adjustment screw, located behind the chain bar, counterclockwise. - Page 15 CARE AND MAINTENANCE • To replace the bar and chain, loop the chain over the sprocket and place the bar against the bar stud slot.
