The Whole Body Vibration system is designed to bring you:
• Easy and enjoyable workouts
• Better heart strength and body circulation
• High calorie burning by shaking your whole body
• Great feeling after a workout program
We suggest you use the Whole Body Vibration System as regularly as possible; on a daily basis
if possible. Ten-minutes a day will yield good results. Twenty-minutes a day will yield better
results. We do not recommend using the machine more 30 minutes a day. This could over
stimulate your muscles. Using the system 6 days a week is ideal.
Suggestions:
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Never exercise with a full stomach or bladder.
• Allow an hour after eating before getting on the unit
• If you are tired or exhausted, please do not start a workout program.
