    The parking brakes have a bad connection. Check the parking brake and motor connections. Make sure the controller connections are secure. An excessive voltage has been applied to the controller. This keeps the tires off the ground and prevent the possibility of flat spots developing.

    M A I N T E N A N C E CAUTION! Your Jazzy 1115, like most electrical equipment, is susceptible to damage from the elements. Avoid damp areas of any kind. Direct exposure to water or dampness could cause the power chair to malfunction electronically and mechanically.
