Making additional settings
Sabbath mode ¬
To facilitate religious customs, the
appliance has a Sabbath mode.
The following are switched off:
– the interior lighting when the door is
opened,
– all audio and visual signals,
– the temperature display,
– SuperCool and SuperFreeze (if
previously switched on),
– the ice cube maker (if previously
switched on).
The following can be used:
– the settings button for switching off
the Sabbath mode.
– and the On/Off button.
The Sabbath mode function
automatically switches off after
120 hours.
Since the audio and visual warnings
are turned off, make sure the doors
are closed properly.
There is no warning if a power supply
failure occurs. After a power supply
failure the appliance will come back
on in Sabbath mode.

Switching on Sabbath mode
^ Tap the settings button.
All symbols available for selection will
appear in the display and the 0 symbol
flashes.
^ Tap the buttons for setting the
temperature (X or Y) repeatedly until
the ¬ symbol flashes in the display.
^ Tap the OK button to confirm your
selection.
The last selected setting flashes in the
display and the ¬ lights up.
^ By tapping the X or Y button, you
can now switch on Sabbath mode. To
do this, select setting 1.
^ Tap the OK button to confirm your
selection.
