formatted with the wrong number of cylinders.
Unable to Read Last Flag Byte.
The
drive is
failing to read on inside tracks.
The format
operation may have been halted before drive
formatting was completed.
Failure to Read Defect Information.
The drive
is unable to read certain tracks/heads.
For all progress codes,
the error codes stored in byte 3 will be
valid,
although no block address information will be available.
