3.3 Troubleshooting

Problem

Remedial Action
 Insert the batteries according given directions.
 Reattach the pads securely to the skin. (Otherwise
power will switch off automatically).
 Switch off the unit before removing the pads from the
skin.

 Remove the film.
 Clean the pads, following given directions.
 After washing, allow the pads sufficient time for
drying.
 Replace the pads with new ones.
 Leave the pads in a refrigerator overnight.
 Reattach the pads to the skin properly.
 Reattach the pads to the skin while assuring they do
not overlap.
 Connect the electrode cord properly.
 Increase the intensity.
 Replace the batteries with new ones, following
direction given.
 Replace the pads with new ones.
 Limit the treatment time to the programmed 15
minutes.
 Reattach the pads to skin properly.
 Wash the pads, following given directions.
 Replace the pads with new ones.
