Please check if the cables between the video and audio sources and the
product are connected properly before watching the live streaming. Please
make sure that the file you want to play on demand contains normal audio
and video flow before playing the VOD file.
Check if the network connection between the computer and the product is
smooth.
Install necessary software and plug-in provided by the product to watch the
live streaming and VOD.
Update other necessary software for the computer, such as the sound card,
video card driver, operating system patch, etc..
