3.5 Install and Download Plug-ins

For easy downloading the recorded multimedia documents in the future, you may
click the link of "Download ReachFtpClient" when first logging on to download and install
the ReachDownload tool, and then click the link of "Download Silverlight" to download
Microsoft Silverlight plug-in. You may also download the latest version of Silverlight plug-in
from the Microsoft official website.
