Establishing the connection to the network

Your network
The following description for the cabling
and the setup of the Symphony makes
the assumption that there is a functioning
network with router available and that
the network is operational.
If you have any questions about the
setup and configuration of your network
or Internet access, please refer to your
System administrator or an IT specialist
of your choosing.
WLAN Wireless communication
An access point is required for the
wireless communication between the
Symphony and the router. This can be
an external unit or it can be integrated in
the WLAN router.
Internet Radio
If you want to use the Symphony to
receive Internet radio, there must be a
broadband Internet access to the router.
Setting up the Internet access may
involve further costs. The management
and use of the Revox Internet Radio
Portal is free-of-charge and already
included in the purchase price.
