types
of

California models

California type

sists of
an
air
pump

cleaner
an
air
pump
a
relief valve
a
check valve
an
anti
backfIre valve

air
gallery
and
hoses
The
California
type
has
in
addition
to
the
components
of the
non
California
type
an
air
control
valve and
an
emergency air relief valve
These valves
prevent
ahnonnal
tem
perature
rise
of the
catalytic
converter
