Under Wireless and networks, turn on Bluetooth

Touch or click your device name to make it visible to all nearby Bluetooth devices.

To find available Bluetooth devices, touch or click Search for devices.

When the device name appears, touch or click it to pair the device to your device.

If a SIM is not preinstalled, you can purchase one from a mobile wireless carrier. To insert the SIM,

To enable data transfer over a mobile network:

To share your device's mobile data connection through a USB device or as a portable Wi-Fi hotspot:

Under Wireless and networks, More ..., and then touch or click Tethering and portable hotspot.
