Synchronize
This function allows you to use the signal transmission from the GPS satellites to set
the date/time of the camera clock. Set Record GPS data (~60) to On and check
the positioning status before starting Synchronize.

Use the multi selector to choose Synchronize
from the GPS menu, and press the
®
button.

Choose Yes and press the
®
button.
• Date/time adjustment begins.
• When the updating is complete,
Done
is displayed on
the screen and the monitor display returns to the GPS
menu

• To cancel the date/time adjustment, choose No.

Synchronize
• Date/time adjustment by Synchronize is set according to the time zone set in Date (~162) of the
setup menu
(~159).
Check the time zone before setting Synchronize.
• The date/time set using Synchronize is not as accurate as radio clocks. Use Synchronize in an
open space again when transmission is bad and the date/time has been set wrongly.
