Installation of the M670 module on the Aastra 6757 terminal
The extension module can be used to expand the phone's capacity by 36 additional pro-
grammable keys. To install the extension module:
1 - Turn the phone upside down and look for the marked extension module socket
.
2 - Remove the cover on the socket.
3 - Insert the connector of the extension module cable into the socket until it snaps in.
4 - Insert the module connection cable into the slot.
5 - To attach the extension module to the phone, align the mounting points and attach the
two elements using the screws included in the delivery.
6 - Place the foot of the extension module in the same way as the feet of the phone.
Note: To use the keys of the alphanumeric keypad during a call by name, the DCF 364
must be declared as 1.
