7. CYLINDER/PISTON
Measure the outer diameter of piston pin.
Service Limit: 12.980mm
Measure the inner diameter of connecting
rod small end.
Service Limit: 13.040mm
Measure the inner diameter of piston pin
hole.
Service Limit: 13.040mm
Calculate clearance between piston pin and
its hole.
Service Limit: 0.02mm
Measure piston outer diameter.
Caution
The measurement position is 10 mm
distance from piston bottom side, and 90°
to piston pin.
Service limit: 38.970mm
Compare measured value with service limit
to calculate the clearance between piston
and cylinder.
