4.4 Real Time Clock and Non-Volatile RAM
The real time clock and its 64 bytes of RAM information are backed up by 3.6V rechargeable DC battery
(or 6V external battery). The internal clock circuitry uses 14 bytes while the rest is allocated to system
configuration.
