3. Remove t he s park p lug c ap.
4. Use t he p rovided s park p lug w rench, t o r emove t he s park p lug.
5. Visually i nspect t he s park p lug. R eplace i f t he i nsulator i s c racked o r c hipped.
6. Use p lug g auge t o e nsure p roper s park p lug g ap. ( 0.024-­‐0.028in)
7. Ensure t he s park p lug s ealing w asher i s i n g ood c ondition. T hread t he s park p lug
in b y h and t he p revent c ross t hreading.
8. After s park p lug i s p roperly s eated, t ighten w ith p rovided s park p lug w rench t o
compress t he s ealing w asher. F or n ew s park p lugs, t ighten
plug s eats t o c ompress s ealing w asher. F or u sed s park p lugs, t ighten
after t he s park p lug s eats t o c ompress t he s ealing w asher.
9. Reinstall t he s park p lug c ap o n t he s park p lug s ecurely.
10. Reinstall t he M aintenance A ccess C over.
