OUTPUT A ND O VERLOAD I NDICATOR:
The G REEN O utput I ndicator L ight w ill i lluminate a t n ormal o perating c onditions.
The R ED O utput I ndicator L ight w ill i lluminate w hen t he g enerator i s o verloaded, i f t here
is a s hort c ircuit i n a c onnected a ppliance, o r i f L ow O il A larm S ystem h as b een t ripped.
If t he R ED O utput I ndicator L ight i lluminates, S TOP t he e ngine a nd d etermine t he c ause
of o verload b y:
• Checking t he a ppliance(s) f or p roper o peration, e lectrical s horts, a nd
malfunctions. A lso e nsure t he g enerator h as t he a bility t o p rovide t he r equired
starting a nd r unning w atts o f t he c onnected a ppliance(s).
• Ensuring a ll a ppliances a re i n t he " OFF" p osition u pon s tarting t he g enerator.
Only s tart t he c onnected a ppliance(s) w hen t he G REEN O utput I ndicator L ight i s
illuminated a nd t he g enerator i s p roviding t he n ecessary p ower t o r un t he
connected a ppliance(s).
LOW O IL A LARM S YSTEM:
This m odel i s e quipped w ith a L ow O il A lert S ystem d esigned t o a void e ngine d amage
from i nsufficient o il i n t he c rankcase. T he L ow O il A larm S ystem w ill s top t he e ngine
automatically b efore t he o il l evel i n t he c rankcase d rops b elow s afe o perating l evels.
This w ill c ause t he R ED O utput I ndicator L ight t o i lluminate. T hough t he e ngine w ill s top
running, t he i gnition s witch w ill r emain i n t he " START" p osition. T urn t o t he " STOP"
position.
