Before starting this TRS guide, make sure that Hands-Free (PHF)
Detection is working properly.
Step 1:
Perform the System Connector Protection Test
If successful go to step 2.
Step 2:
Load ETS SW into the Phone
Use TRS Fixture
Connect: VBATT and DCIO/SEPI
Step 3:
Use Fault Trace SW and go to:
Audio and FM Radio
Audio Tone
Activate:
INIT TONE TEST
Activate:
(PHF) Aux Earphone
More than
400mV Pk-Pk
1 kHz signal at MP 23
(L3151) and MP 24
(L3152)
No
SL 5 Replace
Is L3151 and L3152
N2000 or N2010 Yes
