• By using the [Search Key] and [Lookup Address] buttons, you can use
the LDAP functions to search and input the [Notification Address]. For
details, see "When Scan to E-mail is selected" on page 2-37.

Enter the name of the temporary registration key.
Up to 12 characters
Set the IP address of the FTP server.
Enter the name used to log into the FTP server.
Enter the password used to log into the FTP server.
Specify the location (directory) for storing the image
data on the FTP server.
Set whether to use the proxy server.
When using the e-mail notification function, enter the
destination mail address.
Up to 72 characters, one address
Enter the name of the temporary registration key.
Up to 12 characters
Select the transmission destination mailbox.
The list shows the mailboxes that have been registered
using [Mailbox] (p. 2-28).
Enter the notification destination mail address.
