Removing a displayed fault

Any faults in your heating system are indicated on
the controller display. Cause could be a fault in
the heating appliance or a controller fault.
Heating appliance fault
If the controller is connected with
the heating appliance via the
analogue connection (1-2-4
interface), a heating appliance fault
is only displayed on the appliance
itself.
A heating appliance fault is
displayed on the controller if the
controller is connected to the
heating appliance via the BUS
connection.
If the fault is caused by the heating appliance, the
displayed fault will include at least one letter, e.g.
Fault EA or Fault b1.
See the operating instructions of the heating
appliance for additional information about these

faults.

Controller fault
If the controller or any other control component
is the cause of the fault, then the displayed fault
code comprises two digits, e.g. Fault 11.
B Call your authorised contractor or customer
service department and inform them of the
fault code as well as the controller details.
You can find the controller details
inside the controller flap.
