Check control voltage (AFC) 0.1 – 2.3V at C715.
Check 13MHz reference frequency ±50 Hz (900mVpp) at R743.
NOTE:
If you have to change the oscillator, pay attention to use the correct one – also see HW changes chapter on page#8
