The AT&T brand is used under li�ense - an� repair, repla�ement or warrant� servi�e,

1. What does this limited warranty cover?
The manufa�turer of this AT&T-branded produ�t warrants to the holder of
a valid proof of pur�hase ("C�NS�MER" or "�ou") that the produ�t and all
a��essories provided in the sales pa�ka�e ("PR�D�CT") are free from defe�ts
in material and workmanship, pursuant to the followin� terms and �onditions,
when installed and used normall� and in a��ordan�e with the PR�D�CT
operatin� instru�tions. This limited warrant� extends onl� to the C�NS�MER
for produ�ts pur�hased and used in the �nited States of Ameri�a and Canada.
2. What will be done if the PRODUCT is not free from defects in materials
and workmanship during the limited warranty period ("materially
defective PRODUCT")?
Durin� the limited warrant� period, the manufa�turer's authorized servi�e
representative repairs or repla�es at the manufa�turer's option, without
�har�e, a materiall� defe�tive PR�D�CT. If the manufa�turer repairs the
PR�D�CT, the� ma� use new or refurbished repla�ement parts. If the
manufa�turer �hooses to repla�e the PR�D�CT, the� ma� repla�e it with a
new or refurbished PR�D�CT of the same or similar desi�n. The manufa�turer
retains the defe�tive parts, modules, or equipment. Repair or repla�ement
of the PR�D�CT, at the manufa�turer's option, is �our ex�lusive remed�. The
manufa�turer returns the repaired or repla�ement produ�ts to �ou in workin�
�ondition. You should expe�t the repair or repla�ement to take approximatel�
30 da�s.
3. How long is the limited warranty period?
The limited warrant� period for the PR�D�CT extends for �NE (1) YEAR from
the date of pur�hase. If the manufa�turer repairs or repla�es a materiall�
defe�tive PR�D�CT under the terms of this limited warrant�, this limited
warrant� also applies to repaired or repla�ement PR�D�CT for a period of
either (a) 90 da�s from the date the repaired or repla�ement PR�D�CT is
shipped to �ou or (b) the time remainin� on the ori�inal one-�ear limited
warrant�; whi�hever is lon�er.
