To Change Settings for All Print Jobs

From the Start menu select Settings, then
select Printers.

Right-click the ML-500 printer and select
Printing Preferences.
To Change Settings for the Current Print Job
1.
From the File menu select Print.
2.
Right-click the ML-500 printer and select
Printing Preferences.
Laying Out the Page
You can select portrait or landscape orientation for
your document page.
