Section 4 – Routine Maintenance

4.1 Changing the Battery

The Kodak V1233 uses a Kodak Li-Ion rechargable battery, part number LKIC-7004. To replace
the battery, do the following:
1. Push the battery compartment cover forward as shown in Figure 19, and allow it to flip
open.
2. Push the orange latch back to release the battery.
3. Pull the battery out, and replace with a new one. Push it all the way in until the latch snaps
into place.
