AC adapter or USB
cable is not
securely
connected.
Software is not
installed.
There are too
many applications
running on your
computer.
Camera was
removed from the
EASYSHARE
Camera Dock
during picture
transfer.
Connect button
was not pressed.
Solution
Check the connections
Install the software
Close all software applications
and try again.
Replace the camera on the dock
and press the Connect button.
Press the Connect button.
