COMPUTER HOOK-UP

Computer Display Properties -
Prior to connecting the MPC-MLR to the computer, with another monitor, verify the
computer display properties are set to between 60x80 and 1280x102 in :3 aspect ratio.
• The optimum setting for viewing is 800 x 600 (8.") or 102x68 pixels (all other sizes).
• The refresh rate must be set between 60-5Hz to eliminate screen flicker.
• Pixel settings different from the native resolution may exhibit less precise images, and
caution!
• Pixel settings over 1280 x 102 flash "out of range", with no display.
Setting the Display Settings
1.
Right mouse click on an open area of the
desktop screen to bring up the Desktop Menu.

Left mouse click on Properties to
open the Display Properties menu.
3.
Connect to a CRT monitor to establish the
computer display properties.
XGA or SVGA
.
Select the Settings tab.
5.
Under Screen Resolution, verify
or slide the bar until the Screen
Resolution is at 800 x 600 pixels
(SGVA) or 102x68(XGA).
6.
Select the Advanced button to
go to the next menu to verify the
Hz refresh rate.
