Removing the Display Assembly

1. Follow the procedures in
2. Remove:
a. Base Cover
b. Battery
c. Hard Drive
d. WLAN Card
e. System Fan
f. Keyboard
g. Back Cover
3. Perform the following steps as shown in the illustration:
a. Peel the tape that secures antenna cables from the computer [1].
b. Loosen the screw that secures the display assembly [2].
c. Lift the display assembly from the computer [3].
4. Remove the display assembly from the computer.
