Clear CMOS Jumper: CLEAR_CMOS
There is a CMOS RAM on board with an external battery power supply to preserve the
system configuration data. With the CMOS RAM, the system can automatically boot OS
every time it is turned on. If you want to clear the system configuration, set the jumper
to clear data.
CLEAR_CMOS
Important
You can clear CMOS by shorting 2-3 pin while the system is off. Then return to 1-
2 pin position. Avoid clearing the CMOS while the system is on; it will damage the
mainboard.
Clear BIOS Password Jumper: PASSSWORD
The jumper is used to clear the BIOS password. If you want to clear the BIOS password,
set the jumper to clear password.

Important
Please refer to the below steps to clear the password:
1. Power off the system.
2. Shorting the 1-2 pin.
3. Turn on the system to POST screen.
4. Shut down the system.
5. Place the cap return to 2-3 pin position.
6. Boot up the system.
