PROGRAMMING STATION SPEED DIAL NUMBERS & NAMES
To program your 10 personal speed dial numbers & names
Enter PORT PROGRAMMING MODE
1. Press Program
2. Dial 10
3. Press Enter
4. Dial Location number of stored station speed
dial number (00-09)
5. Dial 0 (for outside line)
6. Dial new phone number
7. Press Store
8. USING ALPHA NUMERIC DIAL PAD
a) Press Number corresponding to Alphabet
b) Press Key Once for each letter available in Upper Case
Letter Available options cycle from Upper case to Lower case
Example

To type C in upper case press No 2 key (ABC) Three times

To type O in lower case press No 6 key (MNO) Six times

To type a Space press No 0 key

To type any numeric number press appropriate key Seven times

To type full stop, comma, colon, semi colan, apostrophe press 0 key
and cycle through available options.
To advance to next letter press  (right arrow key)
To back space press
9. Repeat steps (a) & (b) until name is complete
10. Press Store
11. Press Exit
ACCESSING STATION SPEED DIAL NUMBERS

Lift the Handset or press Sp-Phone

Dial ***

Dial the station speed dial position e.g. 03
The number stored in station position 03 will be dialed for you
From KX-T7636, KX-T7633, & KX-T7630 Display Handsets Only

Using Navigator keys scroll to highlight Menu Soft Button, Personal
Directory Menu with arrow 

Press Enter key

Press Enter key again

Using Navigator Key scroll to highlight selected Name

Lift handset or press SP-Phone
ALL USER PROGRAM CHANGES MUST BE MADE FROM OPERATOR EXTENSION
(USUALLY EXTENSION 101)

