TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM CALIBRATION _________________________________

The Traction Control System (TCS) will need to be
calibrated when a system component has been replaced, or
the system is not working correctly. System components
include controller, lift valve, lift cylinders or hoses.
1.
Start the engine and allow hydraulic system to become
properly warmed up.
!
WARNING
Never operate the engine without proper ventilation;
exhaust fumes can be fatal when inhaled.
2.
System must be calibrated with the engine running,
operator in seat, PTO switch in OFF position, parking
brake engaged and traction pedal in neutral.
3.
Fully lower cutting units.
4.
Press and hold TCS switch for 5 seconds. Horn will
beep when controller enters calibration mode.
5.
Bump the lift lever until cutting units just raise off the
ground. Push the lift lever to lower the mowers.

Press and hold TCS switch until horn beeps. System is
now calibrated.
