Getting Started
Welcome to your new SwannEye HD Wi-Fi Security Camera. Read this chapter to learn about installing SwannEye HD app and software on your
mobile device and computer.
Installing the SwannEye HD Mobile App
The SwannEye HD Wi-Fi Security Camera works with iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Install the SwannEye HD mobile app and turn your
mobile devices into a monitoring centre for your camera.
The SwannEye HD mobile app is free to download for all Swann users, and is available from the respective Apple App Store and Google Play
Store. Please note, make sure you download the HD version of the SwannEye mobile app!
To install SwannEye HD on iPhone/iPad:
1. Open the App Store.
2. Search for "SwannEye HD".
3. Tap FREE, then tap INSTALL APP to download.
To install SwannEye HD on Android:
1. Open Google Play Store.
2. Search for "SwannEye HD".
3. Tap INSTALL.
4. Review the app's permissions, then tap ACCEPT to download.

After installing SwannEye HD app on
your mobile device, just locate the
SwannEye HD app and tap the icon to
run. The app will load and take you
directly to the login screen.
